Neelu has over 25 years of work experience behavioral training, teaching and entrepreneurship. She has a Masters Degree in English Literature and Certifications in “Empowering the Trainer”; “Transactional Analysis” by ITAA, USA; NLP Techniques by Fiona Campbell, UK. She is also trained by Emmpower’s ICF Approved Coach Certification towards ACC and a certified DiSC trainer. As a coach she works with parental concerns and is a specialist in addressing delicate and difficult situations with emotional intelligence and professional competence. Some of the organizations she has trained for include IBM, Oracle, Sony, Airbus, Infinera, Allegis, Saint Gobain, Goodrich now United Technologies, WS Atkins, Deutsche Bank, Danske IT, AJ Gallagher, Cross Domain She is passionate about helping individual contributors evolve into people managers.
