“I must say it was a truly life changing intervention and will be of great help for my future.”

- Ashish Mathur, Director Flipkart.

Executive coaching is defined as a one-on-one relationship between a professional coach and an executive (coachee). The purpose of executive coaching is to enhance the coachee's behavioral change through self-awareness and learning, and ultimately contribute to individual and organizational success

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A professional coaching relationship exists when coaching includes a business agreement or contract that defines the responsibilities of each party. A certified ICF Professional Coach also agrees to practice the ICF Professional Core Competencies and pledges accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics.

Benefits of Coaching

  • Aligns leadership teams through group coaching towards one vision.
  • When combined with other L&D inputs, it offers a high return on investment in terms of productivity & performance on the business floor.
  • Co-creates a structure for the executive to be able to create changes and build / sustain new habits that lead them to their desired outcomes.
  • Breaks through the positional “aloneness” of executives at the top of their organization to offer them a supportive, re-energizing space like that of a “confidante”.
  • It allows executives with “introvert” behaviors to be comfortable in expression and working through their own concerns towards desirable outcomes.
  • It has the potential to create inner transformations that result in professional and personal life transformations.

Executive Coaching Feedback from Emmpower clients

“Sensitive and perceptive, are the 2 qualities that make Leni an impactful coach. Her ability to envelop you in silence creates a thought provoking space and time that will gently lead one to self realization and self acknowledgment."

Maya Sadasivan, Leadership Trainer , Tata Elexi

“Leni had a very unique approach to coaching- she made me realize that all the solutions to issues that I brought up were within me. At no point did she offer a suggestion or a solution but rather helped me realize and articulate what the solution could be. Often times, one knows the correct approach but maybe is unwilling to consider it. By using this approach of getting me dig deep to find answers she helped me internalize the solutions. She also enabled me to prioritize important issues, again by just helping me introspect. Overall the sessions I spent with Leni effected a fundamental change in my approach to issues and solutions- we have the solutions to our problems and it’s our decision on whether we want to pursue those solutions or not.”
